By accessing or using sudolearning.com(the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

sudolearning provides AI security training through instructor-led courses, on-demand labs, demo webinars, bootcamp sessions, and a full 8-week programme. Access to specific features may require registration, payment, or both.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use course materials, lab environments, or tools to attack systems you are not authorized to test.
• Share, redistribute, or resell course content, lab access, or certificates.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

All course content, lab environments, training materials, branding, and website design are the intellectual property of sudolearning and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

• Participation certificates are issued to attendees who complete a course or session.
• Exam clearance certificates are issued to candidates who pass the final assessment, demonstrating competence in the subject matter.
• Certificates are non-transferable and may be revoked if obtained through dishonest means.

• Demo webinars are free. Bootcamp sessions and full courses may require a fee.
• All fees are displayed at the time of registration and are charged in the currency indicated.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 25% of the course content.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing registrations will not be affected.

On-demand lab environments are provided for educational purposes only. Labs run on isolated infrastructure. You agree to use labs solely within the scope of the training exercises.

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sudolearning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
